Appointments & Timeliness
We value the artistry of every session. Please arrive 15 minutes early to allow for a smooth start. Our schedule is meticulously crafted with back-to-back appointments, and arriving more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may require rescheduling online with a new deposit. For an uninterrupted experience, we kindly request no pets or guests accompany you.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit (50% of the service) is required to secure your appointment, applied toward your total balance, which is due on the day of service. We accept credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay (no cash). Credit and debit transactions include WA sales tax and a 2% service fee for a streamlined luxury experience.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We get it—life can be unpredictable! At MBellish Studio by Maria, we’re here to work with you while keeping our schedule running smoothly for everyone. To ensure a seamless experience, please take a moment to review our cancellation and rescheduling policy:
No-Call, No-Show & Same-Day Cancellations: A no-call, no-show or cancelling on the day of your appointment will result in the full price of the service being charged. We appreciate your understanding, as this helps us maintain availability for all clients.
Cancellations Less Than 48 Hours Before: If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. Any additional changes will require a new deposit, and we’ll move you to our next available date.
Rescheduling with Ease: Need to reschedule? No problem! Contact us at least 72 hours prior to your original appointment, and we’ll guarantee a reschedule with your deposit intact. We offer one rescheduling opportunity per deposit with this notice.
Our Goal: We want your experience at MBellish Studio to be stress-free and exciting! Early notice helps us accommodate you and others while keeping your Lip Blush, Powder Brows, Microblading or Tattoo Lightening/Removal dreams on track.

Consultations
Your journey begins with a complimentary 30-minute consultation, essential for those with prior permanent makeup or tattoos. This allows us to assess eligibility for cover-ups or corrections with precision and care.
Eligibility for Permanent Makeup
To ensure your safety and the quality of our work, permanent makeup services are not available to those who:
Are under 18 years of age (per WA state law).
Are pregnant or nursing.
Have skin conditions (e.g., eczema, psoriasis, keratosis pilaris, dermatitis, or acne) near the procedure area.
Are prone to keloid scarring, infections, or scar easily (e.g., from a paper cut).
Have bleeding disorders, are on blood thinners, or take heart medications (e.g., aspirin—off for 2 weeks; ibuprofen—off for 24 hours; vitamin E or fish oil—off for 2 weeks; corticosteroids; NSAIDs).
Use Retin-A/Retinols (discontinue 7 days prior, avoid 30 days post-procedure).
Have diabetes (consult your doctor), epilepsy, serious health conditions, autoimmune or thyroid disease.
Have HIV, Hepatitis, viral infections, or are sick (e.g., cold/flu).
Have a pacemaker, major heart issues, or require an organ transplant.
Are sunburnt or taking antibiotics.
Have used Accutane in the past year or Botox/injectables in the past 3 weeks.
Are undergoing chemotherapy or immunosuppressive treatment.
Have excessively dark existing tattoos (contact us for guidance) or recently tinted brows (wait 3-5 days).
Additional Notes
We uphold a no-refund policy to maintain the integrity of our craft and reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.
